Returns & Refunds

This is a community run marketplace by parents, for parents. Due to the nature of the products listed, and that sellers are from the community, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or refunds on products sold by community members.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.

Refunds

If - for any reason - we decide to issue a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
